This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 ("PAIA") and Section 17 of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

The purpose of this manual is to inform the public about the records held by ElevateTech and explain the procedure for requesting access to such records.

5. Categories of Records Held

ElevateTech holds the following categories of records:

Company Records

Memorandum of Incorporation, share certificates, minutes of meetings, resolutions

Financial Records

Annual financial statements, tax returns, banking records, invoices

Human Resources Records

Employment contracts, payroll, training records, disciplinary records

Customer Records

Order history, delivery information, payment records, correspondence

Marketing Records

Marketing materials, advertising campaigns, customer preferences

6. How to Request Access

To request access to records, you must complete the prescribed form (Form C for private bodies) and submit it to our Information Officer. The form must include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Proof of identity
  • Description of the records you wish to access
  • The form of access required (copy, inspection, etc.)
  • The reason for the request

7. Fees

The following fees may apply to your request:

  • Request Fee: R50.00 (payable upfront)
  • Photocopy Fee: R1.10 per page
  • Search Fee: R30.00 per hour after the first hour
  • Deposit: May be required for extensive requests

8. POPIA Information

In terms of POPIA Section 17, we process personal information for the following purposes:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Providing customer support
  • Marketing (with consent)
  • Compliance with legal obligations

Categories of data subjects include: customers, employees, suppliers, and website visitors.

9. Availability of This Manual

This manual is available for inspection at our premises and on this website. A copy may be obtained from the Information Officer at a cost of R1.10 per page.
